Admission
Admission to initial training courses is held for people who want to become a judge or a prosecutor. The Number of places offered for the contest is approved annually.
The admission contest is held annually by the Council of the Institute, by respecting the principles of transparency and equal rights.
The admission contest to the Institute allows the participation of any citizen of the Republic of Moldova, with local residence, that meets the conditions set out by law on filling in the position of judge and prosecutor. A candidtate must be able to practice, to be licensed in law, and the persons with studies according to the Bologna Process = magister in Law, may not have criminal history and enjoy an impecable reputation. A necessary condition is the possession of the state language. The person shall be able, medically speaking, to excercise their duty, according to the medical exam certificate.
The Contest takes place acoording to the next stages :
- Stage I: receipt of documents.
- Stage II. Eliminatory written test.
- Stage III. Oral test.

Stage IV. Resolving appeals.
The students enrolled shall present their employment books in original copy. They benefit of a monthly scholarship.
